.  As  an  experienced  facilities  manager,  I  oversee  the  maintenance  of  the  property.  

I  ensure  all  utilities  are  working  properlly,  the  trash  is  removed  weekly,  the   machinery  is  serviced  and  in  working  order.

My  team  is  skilled  at  cleaning,  large  to  small  scale  commercial  and  industrial  properties.
